Because candles are personal-use home fragrance products, used or burned candles cannot be returned.
Unused candles
Unused candles may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. The candle must be unused, unburned, and in its original condition.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.
